A Muse invite code currently allows up to 30 uses, according to Meta’s official @meta.ai reply. Each qualifying new user who redeems your code earns 1 billion tokens, and you earn another 1 billion. At the current 30-use cap, that adds up to 30 billion tokens for the inviter.
Why you may see both 20 and 30
The official replies describe a current cap of 30 and a range of 20–30 across promotions. That explains why two people may share different numbers when discussing Muse referrals. Use the cap for your promotion when planning how many new users to reach and calculating the possible total for your account.
You may also see the claim that each user can invite at most 20 people (per community reports — check your app). Keep that community figure separate from the current official 30-use cap. A 20-use promotion and a 30-use promotion produce different totals even though the reward for each qualifying referral is the same.
A maximum also differs from remaining capacity. If a code has a 30-use cap and has already been redeemed 12 times, it has capacity for 18 more uses. The cap describes the whole batch, rather than giving each recipient a fresh set of 30 uses. A code shared recently may already have been used by other people.
Calculate the inviter’s total one referral at a time
For one qualifying redemption, the new user receives 1 billion tokens and the inviter receives 1 billion. Add the inviter’s reward once for each qualifying new user who redeems that code. Five referrals give the inviter 5 billion; ten give the inviter 10 billion.
| Qualifying redemptions | Inviter’s token total |
|---|---|
| 1 | 1 × 1 billion = 1 billion |
| 10 | 10 × 1 billion = 10 billion |
| 20 | 20 × 1 billion = 20 billion |
| 30 | 30 × 1 billion = 30 billion |
The 30-billion figure uses the current 30-use cap. If your promotion allows 20 uses, the corresponding maximum is 20 billion. Both calculations count the reward on the inviter’s side only; the tokens awarded to each new user belong to that user’s account.
Entering one code therefore earns a qualifying new user 1 billion tokens, rather than the inviter’s possible 30-billion total. Our Muse referral rewards explanation covers that distinction, including what 1B and 30B mean.
Check capacity and the 48-hour window separately
The new user must redeem within 48 hours of creating their account. That window belongs to the account, so choosing a code with unused capacity does not restart it. For example, an account registered more than two days ago remains outside its window even if the code has never been used.
Conversely, a recently registered account can run into a full code. If you created your account a few hours ago and Muse reports that a code has reached its limit, look for another code and redeem before your deadline. The 48-hour rule guide explains how to calculate the time remaining.
Complete redemption on muse.ai or in the Muse App under Settings → General → Redeem invite code. The official instructions also use the shorter label Settings > Redeem Code. Paste the code carefully, submit it through that interface, and read the result so you know which issue to address.
Use the limit when getting or sharing a code
Need a code for a new account? Get one from the free MuseInvite community pool. Community members share their codes there for free. Copy one and complete the redemption in Muse. If it has reached its cap and you still have time, return to the pool for another code.
Community members also point to Invite in the top-right corner of the App to find your own code. The guide to finding and sharing your Muse code covers the steps. Send recipients the Settings route and the 48-hour requirement along with your code, so they can complete redemption promptly.
When sharing with several people, keep their redemption results together. Use completed redemptions to estimate how much capacity remains before sending your code to the next person.
Finding people yourself taking too long? MuseInvite helps your code find 30 real new users to redeem it for a one-time fee of $29, with progress updates by email after payment. The fee covers finding new users; Muse awards the referral tokens. You can also submit your code to the free community pool at no charge and share it directly with new users you know.
